doesnt it say the total number of people or maybe the number of people in one section?
Multiply .08 by whatever the total population is.
I don't get it??

ya i mean you need either the total population or some hint about the number of people in one of the other sections so that you would be able to figure out the total population
oh gotcha i didnt get all the picture here ya go
yes, now you can work with it :D so what you do now is just 8/100 * 27,000,000(which is the total population) so you get : 2,160,000 18-24 year olds, which is the 3rd choice
