I would choose the first one
6a + 4c </= 120
4a + 4c </= 100
in this way, you can use simulataneous equations and find a :
6a - 4a </= 20
so a </= 10
this does not satisfies the fact that they wanted to make 12 adult bikes, as they would only be able to make 10, so the first choice seems to be correct
