First plot the point A (blue point in the attached image) at (-8,-3)

Reflect it over the green line y = -x to get the red point A' (3,8)

Notice how x and y swapped (and so did their signs)

Finally, undo the transformation

so x-2 means we undo the -2 and add 2
x=3 ---> x+2 = 3+2 = 5

y-5 means we add 5
y=8 ---> y+5 = 8+5 = 13

That means we land on point B (5,13)
