If the slopes of the sides of a quadrilateral are 4, -1/4, 4, -1/4 the figure must always be a square. Would this be true or false??

i think it has to be a rectangle

because of one slope is the negative reciprocal of the other, then the sides are perpendicular but i don't see why it would have to be a square
