Help me what formula to use. I'm so confuse. Topic: Projectile Motion 1.) A dart player throws a dart horizontally at a speed of 12m/s. The dart hits the board 0.32 m below the height from which it was thrown -a.) How long did the dart travel? -b.) How far away is the player from the board? so far i wrote down the given: Vox = 12.4m/s ; dy = -0.32m i'm not even sure with the given help me pls ty :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

can you draw a simple figure?

OpenStudy (314dokg):

i cnt :( its written down. no image

OpenStudy (314dokg):

but i think the dy means -0.32m below the bulls eye. that wat i think

OpenStudy (314dokg):

i dnt need the anwser. i just need the formula

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes.. what you are saying is correct.. you should draw an image for yourself :P.. also.. formula are not just some recipe to solve a numerical.. try to feel the problem in your stomach.. solve using basics.. you don't need anything more than suvat equations to solve this :)

OpenStudy (314dokg):

okie ty

OpenStudy (314dokg):

but is the given correct?

OpenStudy (314dokg):

i just need the given. so i cn try to solve it
