Does anyone have an effective way to Remember the difference between Xylem and Phloem.

Yes, I just mix them up if I dont have them right in front of me... I'm asking really if anyone has any clever tricks to remember.

I can tell you a basic idea. The main point is that phloem helps in the transportation of food and xylem helps in the transportation of water and dissolved nutrients in it. ryt ?

Now if you read `Phloem` carefully then you will see that Phloem sounds like Floem. ok ?
