OpenStudy (bbb911):

Describe two uses for quadratic equations.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

If you throw a ball up into the air from 3m above the ground at a velocity of 14 m/s you can use the quadratic equation to calculate how much time it will take to hit the ground. Or say you design a new type of mountain bike you can use the quadratic formula to see how much profit you could make off of selling them.

OpenStudy (bbb911):

Yay! Thank you so much :D
