Does anyone know if in FLVS when you submit an assignment they checked if you copied or took it from the internet?

I was in FLVS for a few courses a while back. They were generally pretty lenient with most things, which I attribute to having so many students to cover with pretty difficult means of constant communication and clarity. However, it's probably mostly dependent on the specific teacher...Either just don't cheat or don't cheat in a way you'll get caught. Most important virtue I know.

I hope you realize that you basically admitted to plagiarism. Even if you change some of the words, it's still stealing someone else's work. I believe that's against the law to claim someones work as your own. :) Also, many schools do check your assignments to see if they're taken from sites or other students. Cheating can fail you instantly.
