I can't understand your question so i searched for a question that's similar to yours Is it lke this? " Compare and contrast two distinct methods to graph the line 2x + 3y = 6? writing assignment... Ans: 1)one method is solving the equation y=mx+b m would be the slope and b would be the y intercept of a point 2)another method is solving for two equations by setting x=0 and obtaining the y value then set y=0 and obtain an x value then plot the two points at (x,0) and (0,y) and you have your line "

im not sure i just copied down the question because i dont understand it

OpenStudy (solomonzelman):

y=-3 is a horizontal line (where all y-coordinates, in every point are all `-3` where as x-coordinates of the points can be any number). This line will be extending infinitely towards the 3rd and the 4th quadrants. `Slope = Zero` x=5 is a vertical line (where all x-coordinates, in every point are all `5` where as y-coordinates of the points can be any number). This line will be extending infinitely towards the 1st and the 4th quadrants. `Slope=Undefined` The lines intersect at (-5,3). And Are perpendicular to each other.

OpenStudy (solomonzelman):

(What I said about each of the slope of the lines, btw - can be proved using the slope formula)

oh ok i get it thank you so much :)
