So take this piece of advice," I gently hold his hands, "Remember that fear murders people in their sleep. Fear drowns Olympic swimmers. Fear stops individuals when they're right in the middle of the road. And what happens? A car comes their way because they aren't thinking about successfully crossing the road. Embrace and face it."
