if the government helps the homeless get stable housing, what would the homeless give back?

If the homeless were given homes, they could move off the streets and into their housing. This would help clean up areas of homeless people. In a way they would be giving back the image of no more homeless people, making the area look good and all.

They would be forced to join the secret service.
