This may not be the "proper" way, but the strait line t is 180 degrees, and the opposite side of e is 60 degrees, so 180-60=120 degrees So angle e is 120 degrees

angle e and the angle that is 60 degrees are supplementary angles. Supplementary angles add up to 180 degrees. So 180 - 60 = 120 (angle e)
