Okay if you are refering to simple preterite it would be : dijiste But if it is Pretérito perfecto compuesto: has dicho

Tú no le dijiste lo que pasó. perfect reterite is used for recent past times. You are right @loomely Tú no le decías lo que pasaba. imperfect preterite is used for remote past times, and you nedd to say lo que pasaba with this tense to have the correct sentence.
