tan(Angle1) = 27/14.4 = 1.875
tan(Angle2) = 14.4/27 = 0.533

Not sure what you are thinking here. tkhunny found the tangent of angle 1 and angle 2

you want the angle whose tangent is 1.875
there are only 2 angles (we don't include the right angle)
and only 1 of these has a tangent = 1.875
