OpenStudy (zairahernandez):

Which of the following is not a health risk associated with a depleted ozone layer? a. respiratory illness b. skin cancer c. cataracts d. all of the above

OpenStudy (anonymous):

EPA uses the Atmospheric and Health Effects Framework (AHEF) model, developed in the mid 1980s, to estimate the health benefits of stronger ozone layer protection policies under the Montreal Protocol. EPA estimates avoided skin cancer cases, skin cancer deaths, and cataract cases in the United States. What this means is that with a depleted ozone layer, skin cancer and cataracts are more common. I have not found anything about respiratory illness, and since it cannot be D I am assuming that the answer would be A. Hope I helped!
