Which of the following is a type of wave that travels at a right angle relative to the direction of motion?

I'm not sure how to really answer it without just giving the answer, but if you have several types of waves, allow me to define them for you. There are 2 types of waves in which I'll explain. The first is longitudinal waves in which the particle displacement is parallel to the direction of motion. The second is transverse waves, in which the particle displacement is perpendicular or "right-angled" to the direction of motion. This is the type of motion explained by your question.

...it is the second wave... the transverse waves...

That's what I said :P
