given the piecewise function f(x)= {2x,x<1} {5, x=1} {x^2,x>1} A. f(2)=4 B. F(5)=1 C. F(-2)=4 D. F(1)=5

OpenStudy (jdoe0001):

so.. what do you think about the first choice? is that true is f(2) really = 4? so try it \(\large f(x)= \begin{cases} 2x&x<1\\ 5&x=1\\ x^2& x>1 \end{cases}\)
