Many people think that political parties make the will of the people known to government. They also argue that political parties hold the government accountable to the people. Think about what political parties do. Briefly describe how political parties keep government responsible to the people.

Political parties are ideologies that are different from each party. Every party has its own ideology of how the government should function. Once an idea is presented, but other parties disagree with it and at the same time other people are interested in it and gets involved then it becomes a public policy. The two well-known parties in the US, the democratic and the republicans, are competitively trying to solve problems in their own manner.
