The formula for the surface area of a cone is\[SA=\pi rl+B\]where r is the radius, l is the slant height, and B is the area of the base, which just so happens to be a circle.
OpenStudy (imstuck):
\[SA=\pi (9)(6)+\pi (81)=135\pi \]
