circle C has center at (-3,1) with radius = 4 circle E has a center at ( 4, 9) with radius = 3 To transform circle E to circle C, we need to find the translation for the center, and the enlargement of the radius. The translation of circle E is to slide the center 8 units down and 7 units to the left. To enlarge radius of E to become C, the enlargement ratio is 4/3.
