Heyy, does anyone know whats similar about the GCF and using the greatest perfect square?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no. just. no. @mrtrailblazer330

OpenStudy (anonymous):

If you're not even gonna help why are you on here @mrtrailblazer330

OpenStudy (jenniferjuice):

@mrtrailblazer330 oh my gosh XP

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Can someone just help me :(

OpenStudy (anonymous):

There seems to be some history that i'm all too interested now but for the sake of maths i will put curiosity aside GCF and perfect squares do come out in the same question, but nobody ever asks for greatest perfect square because it goes up to infinity you're probably talking about the smallest perfect square in addition to the GCF of several numbers like for example a question might include the index notation of a factor and ask the smallest value you should add/subtract from the index notation to get a perfect square

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Haha thanks, so they're similarities are that they can both be used to simplify the equation? @auxuris

OpenStudy (anonymous):

hmm.. they are both parts of a question. where did you come across these two things?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It's part of my DBA for VLACS Charter School @auxuris

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay no idea what that meant, haha, but i was referring to what question did you find those two factors? was the similarity of LCF and greatest perfect square a direct question in your paper/syllabus?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

A direct question, I have to discuss the similarities between the 2, I gotta go take it, I'll let ya know how I did @auxuris

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Oh! I forgot to tell you! I didn't fail! @auxuris
