If you simply record the intercourse, it is legal so long as the "Hooker" is paid, because then she's considered an "Actress." As if there's such a big difference between placing a lense somewhere...

I don't think there are any affirmative arguments for prostitution being legalized. You might want to go with the negative side of the argument.
