x=square root of 7x+18

OpenStudy (agreene):

I assume you mean: \[y = \sqrt{7x+18}\] is this accurate?

OpenStudy (mrnood):

she has posted this in 3 places - and 'hasn't got time' to even square the equation. Now offline - presumably waiting for the answer to be delivered

OpenStudy (mrnood):

And I believe it is x=sqrt(7x+18) which resolve to a simply factorised quadratic

OpenStudy (agreene):

yeh, after i wrote it, i realised that they werent asking about a nonreal function... sometimes I forget that basic/linear algebra is most of the people asking for help
