Incorrect: The fourth estate refers to the press.  Commoners were members of the Third Estate.
Correct:  It was difficult to change one's estate.  It could be done by marrying into nobility, becoming a member of the "nobility of the Robe" by grant from the king or joining the clergy.   
Incorrect: The structure did not make most French people happy.  It was a major cause of the French Revolution.
