How does the specific freezing of water differ from other substances?
I will be using Vegetable Oil water and the yolk of the egg. I will be seeing what can freeze faster than the rest. I will be using a half cup in plastic containers.
Hypotheses: If the water freezes at 32 degrees F I think the water will be the first to freeze and the oil will be the last. And the egg yolk will freeze quickly but not as fast of the water.
First you need to get your materials out first

Veg. Oil
Egg yolk
3 plastic containers the same size and shape
A measuring cup

Fill the containers with each product of only ½ of a cup. Put them into the freezer and check on them every thirty minutes. Take a report of the texture and if there had been any crystals forming from freezing. The freezer temperature is 20 F.
