help please!!

OpenStudy (campbell_st):

ok... so the volume of the cubes are 1 unit: V = 1 unit^3 x units V = x^3 units^3

OpenStudy (campbell_st):

the sum of the cubes is \[x^3 + 1 \]

OpenStudy (campbell_st):

so factoring the sum of cubes is the general form is \[a^3 + b^3 = (a + b)(a^2 - ab + b^2)\] so look at the sum shown earlier and put it in the standard form hope it helps
