You have three correct options. Juanita se acuesta a las diez anoche. indicative present tense. Juanita se acostó a las diez anoche. perfect preterite used for recent past times like yesterday or last week or last month. Juanita se acostaba a las diez anoche. imperfect preterite used for remote past times like years ago. Se acostió is wrong spanish, is not correct.
which would be the best choice
The three options are ok, but generally you speak in present tense. If you need only one choose indicative present tense.
