Write a cubic function that has been reflected about x-axis, verically stretched by 3, and up 7.
A. Y=-3(x)^3+7
B. y=(-3x)^3+7
C. Y=-3(x+7)^3
D. Y=(-3x+7)^3

if you want vertical stretch, multiply x by 3, or -3
Adding a number n to the fuction will move it up. They're telling you to add 7
