can someone explain to me how the child labor laws have changed? I know they have with working conditions and hours, but I would just like to know more in depth.

u can work at the age of fourteen but u have to have a workers permit but in order for u to get one u already have to have a job waiting for u and it takes 5-7 business day to get to u cannot serve alcohol until u r 18 and when ur 14 u can only have small jobs like babysitting and or a news paper route.15 u can work at restaurant chains like mcdonalds. 16 and 17 u can work at grocery stores lke Wal-Mart and Martins.u can only work 3 hours on a week day mon-fri but u can work 8 hour shifts on a Saturday u cannot work n a sunday. you cannot miss any time from school and have to complete school work and show up on time to work. U r required to take 30min breaks every 3 hour's. Hope this answers ur question kinda long tho
