PLEASE HELP WILL GIVE MEDAL TRIGONOMETRY QUESTION!!!!!!!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I know what the answer is because it's a pretest with answers you can check yourself with but I don't know how they got the answer

OpenStudy (anonymous):

numerator 1-cos^2 = sin^2 denominator cos^2 so that combine to get C

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok so what I'm confused about is the cos2 part I haven't had trig so this is confusing

OpenStudy (anonymous):

does it matter that there's a ^2 or do I just ignore it?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

hey, I just NOT writing down \(\theta\) because it needs latex when typing. Actually, it is there \(1-cos^2\theta= sin^2\theta\)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

However, when you are on test, you MUST write them out. Very important, can't be ignored. hihihihi.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok so where does the 1 come in?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

by the way @OOOPS your answer is right
