My Answers:
a. \(CH_3CH=CHCH_3 + CL_2 → 2,3-dichlorobutane\\but-2-ene + Chlorine → 2,3-dichlorobutane\)

b. \(CH_3CH=CHCH_2CH_2CH_3 + HBr → 3-bromohexane\\ hex-2-ene + hydrogen\ bromide → 3-bromohexane\)
