As a science student, here is what I am doing, or atleast what I think I'll do. For Math: Do all questions of NCERT. Do all questions of RD Sharma too. For Chemistry: Be thorough with all the concepts in NCERT. Do books like Xam Idea if you can. I highly recommend a Bharati Bhawan Chemistry book for practice and for concepts. For Physics: Again, being thorough with the NCERT book and the exercises is quintessential for a good score. Do HC Verma. Any exam idea book if you can. If you want your concepts cleared get Resnick Halliday too. Good luck.

Attend school and read respective board textbooks .Then soleve the back exercise and give the exam you'll get 90%+

OpenStudy (praxer):

CBSE old year papers and sample papers can help you to manage time and also teach you to write an answer to problem. Practice the R.D. Sharma sincerely. It is only the math which seems loud at time of the exam from the NCERT edge. The physics and chemistry is well developed by the NCERT. A through study of these books can drag your % higher than the 90's even place you in the houses of 97. For the English it is better to be very attentive in the classes, teachers explanation is far better, rather best than those bulky guide books. All you need is, patience and hard work. Lord be with you !

OpenStudy (gudden):

Read NCERT once or twice ( clearing all your concepts ) and then do some set of sample question papers or the past year papers just a month before exams... MORE THAN ENOUGH P.S. = suggestion given to me by my seniors who scored 95%+
