this is easier to read if you write it using numbers and symbols. \[ 13 r ≤ -156\] divide both sides by 13 can you do that ?
btw, if you can't type in ≤ you can use <= to mean the same thing
you get 12
almost. -156/13 = -12 negative divided by a positive gives a negative
and it's good to write down the whole statement on the left side you should get 13x / 13 becomes x so you get x ≤ -12
