Do you think that white people who help slaves escape slavery on the Underground Railroad should be prosecuted and put in jail? Why/why not?

well, like its asking, what do YOU think? do you think since they were not the ones in trouble but they were helping free the ones who were slaves trying to escape, should they be rewarded( my guess is no cause the way slavey was back then.) cause how they went trying to get the slaves free, but they knew it would lead to future trouble, do you think it was worth the risk, i do becuase slavery is not sumthing to joke about, that was evrey slaves dream, TO BE FREE, so ofcourse peole are gonna be on their side too. what do YOU THINK!!?
