Nos piden que nosotros paguemos nuestras cuentas del gas y la electricidad. present subjunctive piden que nosotros paguemos is a suggestion or petition.

Se dice que no es bueno prestar dinero a sus amigos. present subjunctive.
dice que no es bueno prestar is a suggestion.
