Help me simplify this. I really don't know why my answer is wrong.

factor the first denominator,
and find the common denominator

(lots of dirty work)

So what I did was find the common denominator for last 2 fractions. Which is (3x-y)(x+y), and I simplified to *-1

The answer is 12x/(3x-y)
