The numbers 1,2,3,4 are written on slips of paper and placed in a hat. To slips are picked out to be x and y of a vector. What is the probability that the vector will be parallel to (5,6)?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Sorry, two slips are pulled out. Not to.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I thought it would be 0 because to be parallel it has to be able to be in the format (5,6))=k(x,y)
