OpenStudy (anonymous):

then your job is to compute \[\frac{(1-\sqrt{2}i)^2}{2-(1-\sqrt{2}i)}\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The final answer I got is \[\frac{ 1-2i ^{2} }{ 1+i \sqrt{2} }\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

seems unlikely

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the denominator is \(1+\sqrt{2}i\) but the numerator is wrong also it depends on what form you want to end up with standard from should look like \(a+bi\)
