so..the slope of the line is 5 ( since the form of the eqn is already in the form y=mx+c)..so assume an eqn y=5x+c, that passes through (4,5). So (4,5) should satisfy the eqn.. thats 5=20+c=>c=-15.
eqn of line is y=5x-15
