Medals & fan anybody ? Suppose a math student is looking at a sequence of numbers, and observes that every third term is a multiple of 4. If the student were to use his/her observations to predict the next few terms of the sequence, he/she would think inductively that every third term that is predicted will be a multiple of 4. True False

false

OpenStudy (mokeira):

Why false?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

sorray its true because she said that before it was a multiple of four so if she has seen the pattern then its going to be the same all the way through unless you rearrange the numbers.
