"The slope of a line that is perpendicular to a line that has an undefined slope is -1." Can anyone tell me if this if true or not and why, please?

The slope that is perpendicular to an undefined slope is a slope that is equal to zero
Undefined slope = Vertical line Vertical line is perpendicular to Horizontal line. Horizontal line has a slope of zero.
