@uoutillegi You have it wrong. While the minutes are less than 300, the rate is 19. However, when the minutes are more than 300, .39 is added per minute. This does not include the first 300 minutes.

I got warned by a mod not to tell people answers, but you are looking for something that is 19 for less than 300, and 19 + .39 for every minute OVER 300.
