Josephine performs a muscular training routine at least three times per week using dumbbells in her bedroom. Lately she has been finding excuses to not do her workouts and is starting to miss one or two sessions each week. Which training principle does she need to consider to get her workouts back on track? overload progression specificity tedium

OpenStudy (supernova_sonntag):

B. The Principle of Progression is pretty much saying she needs to ease back into her workout. Overload that progresses too slowly won't benefit you, and overload that is progresses too quickly could injure you. Your thoughts?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah youre right because she was doing it before and she started slacking so she needs to get that energy back up to continue to do it
