Help please. So i need an example of a triangle that has two given angles and an opposite side. Could someone draw me an example because i'm working with laws of sine and cosine

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Input random values and it'll draw you a triangle.

OpenStudy (avai70178):

thank you but can you help me understand something?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Sure.

OpenStudy (avai70178):

okay so i have to create a triangle that can be used in the law of sine but not in the law of cosine so that means the triangle has to have : Two sides and an opposite angle must be given to find another angle. Two angles and an opposite side must be given to find another side. and it cant have: Two sides and the angle between them must be given to find the third side. All three sides must be given to find an angle.

OpenStudy (avai70178):

so i know i have to create a triangle but here (Two sides and an opposite angle must be given to find another angle.) doe they mean that there is two sides and an 1 angle that is opposite to the side?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Side A: 15 Angle A: 20 degrees Side B: 40 Angle B: ? Side C: ? Angle C: ?

OpenStudy (avai70178):

oh sorry um i found he answer in my notes but isee what you did! thankyou so much !!!

OpenStudy (avai70178):

*the* typo sorry XD

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Haha no problem. Good luck.
