cosine=adjacent side/hypotenuse. The hypotenuse is the side opposite the right angle. We can see that the adjacent=5, opposite=12, and the hypotenuse=13. So, using the cosine formula and the values of the hypotenuse and adjacent, what is the cosine? :)
