Is the following always, sometimes, or never true? m + 0 = 0

OpenStudy (anonymous):

sometimes

OpenStudy (skullpatrol):

Any ideas?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Sometimes true because: 0+0=0 is a option.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

But 5+0=5 not 0.
