So you have 12 that will be your denominator
So lets see what adds up to 4
1+3
2+2
So if there are 2 chances and your denomination is 12
\[\frac{ 2 }{ 12 }=\frac{ 1 }{ 6 }\]
2/12 can be simplfies to 1/6 so 1/6 is our answer c:
