The state of affairs is upsetting. My e-mails to abuse@openstudy.com and contact@openstudy.com have gone unanswered for 3 months.

Sometime in May, I was banned for using inappropriate acronyms and breaking several other rules in the CoC. I'm not here to dispute that. I am here to say that Preetha gave me a pardon on the 7th of May. http://puu.sh/aJpbx/c0afb85bdc.png

To this day, bibby remains suspended. I'm not sure how else to approach this as the e-mails remain unanswered months later. (for reference I've sent about 20 emails in the past 4 months)

Did you send an email back that you agreed with these terms?
If so, and you didn't get a reply, they might overlooked it (they get a massload of email every day.

Just reply in that original mail again. They'll probably see it this time.
