Wow!  This is hard.  I do not know the answer.  But here is my thinking so far.  Imagine this circle has a center.  We don't know exactly where it is. But we sketch in a dot and Call it O.
Now the thing is, all radius (radii?) are equal.

Now if sketch in the segments BO and OC, we can consider the the triangle BOC.  Now we know arc BC is 90 degrees.  So what is angle BOC?

All radius are equal.  So what about triangles BFE and CGE?

I think so.  But we have two sides equal, and the not included right angle. I'm not sure that is enough to prove it.  What do you think?

Yes. One leg and the hypothenuse of right triangles are enough to prove triangles are congruent if the known legs are equal.
