@AnswerMyQuestions, it is best to just report them right away.
Also, when you tell them it is against the Code of Conduct to give direct answers, do so in a kind way, as one of the main guidelines of the Code of Conduct is to \(\large\cal\color{magenta}{Be~Nice!}\)
Try to keep your replies calm-mannered, and kind. When you do so, they are less likely to fight back.
Tagging mods in the questions usually doesn't do much, as they are busy with other things.
Just report the users, and if that doesn't do anything after some time, kindly send them a pm, using kind words and courtesy such as please and thanks. Also, after they take care of the issue, tell them how grateful you are for their work. They are users just like you and I, volunteering. They've got busy schedules, and sometimes thanking them does great things! (:

What he meant by "cheating" was that direct answers were given. Giving direct answers is considered cheating.

I feel as if feedback section is turning into drama section. As whitemonsterbunny17 said, message a mod directly or just report them that will be more than suffice.

Naming and shaming is not right, it causes more drama than helps the community in anyway, so my suggestion is to either just report or message a mod directly and they will see into it. Once again this is the FEEDBACK section, we all know cheaters exist as I've said earlier, they will eventually learn over time and there is so much only a person here can do. So if you see someone cheating just report or ignore and move on.
